The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject seen on video surveillance in commission of a theft of a bicycle.
On Oct. 30, 2018, at about 12:54 a.m., an unknown male was seen on video surveillance walking up to a residence in the 5900 block of General Haig Street. Moments later, the subject left the location with the victim’s Huffy bicycle.
