The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect seen on surveillance video in connection with a simple robbery incident that occurred on November 5, 2018 in the 1000 block of Lowerline Street.
At approximately 3:20 a.m., the victim was sitting in front of a residence in the area. The victim was then approached by an unknown male, who allegedly snatched the victim's wallet.
