The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Shermall Parker (DOB: 03-15-1996) in connection with a theft by fraud incident that occurred on September 2, 2018 in the 900 block of Poeyfarre Street.
At or about 8:00 p.m., Parker allegedly used a stolen check from an auto burglary to deposit cash into his checking account.
When located, Parker will be arrested for access device fraud and forgery. Parker is also currently on parole for a previous simple robbery conviction.
