Suspects Wanted for Armed Robbery in Third District

The NOPD Third District is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying three suspects who are wanted for their involvement in an armed robbery.

The incident happened on Sunday, (Oct. 29) at about 1:15 p.m. The victim told police he pulled into his driveway and parked his 2008 GMC Sierra. The victim noticed his acquaintance sitting on the steps and two unknown males appeared from behind the residence holding firearms and wearing bandanas over their faces. The victim advised police the perpetrators demanded his money and took $235 from his pocket, a Blackberry phone and house and vehicle keys. 

One of the perpetrators is described as a 20-year-old man, thin build, with long dreadlocks, wearing a yellow sweat shirt and a red bandana. The second suspect is described as a thin man, about 20 years old, with long dreadlocks and wearing a bandana. All three perpetrators got into the victim’s vehicle bearing Louisiana license plate #B867618 and left the scene heading eastbound on David Street.
