Suspect Wanted for Simple Robbery on Florida Avenue

The NOPD is searching for a suspect known as “Slim” who’s wanted for a simple robbery incident that occurred in the 5300 block of Florida Avenue. 

The incident occurred on Thursday, November 2, 2017.  At about 8:22 a.m., the below pictured subject was in a verbal altercation with a victim before snatching her wallet.  The suspect then entered his gold Chevrolet Impala and fled with the victim’s property.

The victim further stated that the subject frequents the intersection of Tupelo Street and North Claiborne Avenue and the 1200 block of Delery Street.
