Persons of Interest Wanted for Questioning About Residential Burglary Investigation

The NOPD Third District is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying two male subjects as persons of interest regarding a recent incident that happened on November 7, 2017 and a reported residential burglary that occurred on Owens Drive.

At around 6:35 p.m., Third District officers responded to a suspicious person in the 2400 block of New York Street where the reporting person told police that two unknown black males rang her doorbell. The reporting person then told police she started talking to the  subjects through her camera speakers. When the reporting person asked the subjects to leave her front porch because she didn't know them, the subjects then told the victim that they were not leaving and stated "we are about to come in the house."

The reporting person then contacted police and the two male subjects fled inside of a black vehicle with dark-tinted windows.

Detectives would like to question the two subjects about the incident and a residential burglary reported on Owens Drive.

Anyone with any information regarding the location or identification of the two subjects should contact any Third District detective at 504-658-6030 or anonymously to CrimeStoppers at 504-822-1111 or toll free at 1-877-903-7867.
