The NOPD is searching for a subject in connection with an aggravated battery by cutting.
The incident occurred November 3, 2017 at 8 p.m. near the intersection of Mandeville and North Derbigny streets.
NOPD is searching for Davena Simms (DOB: 08/30/1982) in connection with this incident.
On that night, the victim was involved in a physical altercation with multiple subjects.
The victim attempted to pull several subjects off her daughter at which time Simms is accused of cutting the victim on the right arm with an unknown object.
The victim positively identified Simms as the perpetrator of this incident.
