NOPD Searches for Suspect Wanted in Theft in Third District

NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking to locate a suspect wanted in a theft incident that occurred at Subway in the 4300 block of Old Gentilly Road.

The incident happened on Sunday, (Oct. 29). The victim told police at about 1:30 p.m. he went into the Subway restaurant and purchased his order. During his drive home the victim realized he left his wallet on the counter at Subway. The victim returned to the location and was informed that another customer stated that the wallet belonged to him and removed the wallet from the counter. Video surveillance cameras captured the entire incident.
