NOPD Searches for Suspect Wanted in Simple Burglary Incident

The NOPD is searching for Jaleel Allen Rickmon (DOB: 12/10/1996) who is wanted for his involvement in a simple burglary incident.

The incident happened on Tuesday, (Nov. 21). Third District officers received a signal of two suspicious males pulling on car door handles in the area. The signal later changed to a simple burglary of a vehicle in the 3600 block of Republic Street. Upon arrival officers noticed Willie Clark (DOB: 02/22/2000) in the driver side of a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. The subject admitted the vehicle did not belong to him and fled the scene heading south on Republic Street. The suspect was later apprehended at about 3:25 a.m.

Confidential tips will earn a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of Rickmon, who is wanted in connection to this incident.
