The NOPD is searching for a subject in connection with a theft in the Seventh District.
On Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at or about 10:13 a.m., the subject, Willie Pugh (DOB: 11/13/1960) was observed on surveillance cameras taking a Segway motor scooter from a business located in the 3900 block of Downman Road.
The vehicle used by Pugh was also captured on surveillance cameras, which helped detectives trace the stolen scooter to Kenner with the assistance of the Kenner Police Department.
