The NOPD is investigating a First District vehicle theft.
Just before 1 a.m. on November 7, 2017 in the 800 block of Wilson Drive, a U-Haul pickup truck occupied by two subjects with trailer in tow commited a vehicle theft.
The vehicle is a blue 2015 Acura 2.5 TL with a Louisiana license plate YQT446.
