Woman Wanted for Pawning Stolen Property from Springbrook Lane

The NOPD is looking for Kelly Brown-Ray (DOB: 09-14-1978) for pawning stolen property taken from a residential burglary.

The victim reported the incident on November 2, 2016. He told police he had been away from his home in the 2100 block of Springbrook Lane for about a month. The victim said when he returned that day, he discovered his PlayStation 4 and various video games were missing from the bedroom. Through the course of the investigation, Brown-Ray was developed as the suspect who took the victim’s property and pawned it at Cash America on October 21, 2016.

When located, Brown-Ray will be arrested for illegal possession of stolen things. The subject also has warrants under her name Kelly Brown.
