The NOPD is seeking a vehicle that was reported stolen on November 4, 2016 from the 3300 block of Seine Street.
At about 7:15 p.m., NOPD Fourth District officers were called to the scene on a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim told police that she left her 2013 Dodge Avenger running. When she returned, she observed her vehicle being driven away toward Texas Drive. A bystander told police that they saw the vehicle being driven by a black male.
The vehicle is described as having Florida license plate #593QHT.
