NOPD is looking for suspects who took a box trailer full of furniture from the 6300 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
On November 13, 2016, employees of an Ohio moving company stopped at a hotel on Chef Menteur to spend the night. Sometime during the night an unknown suspect or suspects hooked up the box trailer to another vehicle before fleeing the location with the trailer and its contents.
The box trailer is described as a white, enclosed United trailer measuring 11' x 26' with Ohio license plate number TNF2289. It has an aerodynamic front, a deep gouge on the driver’s side and the front passenger side marker light is out.
