Two individuals caught on surveillance video are suspected of shoplifting from the Family Dollar store at 4840 General Meyer Avenue on November 9, 2016. The NOPD is seeking assistance to identify and locate these individuals.
At about 4:08 p.m., the pictured individuals entered the store and took possession of four speakers before leaving the store without paying for the items. They then fled the location in a black SUV.
