The NOPD is seeking a suspect in connection with the theft of a package from a residence in the 4800 block of St. Charles Avenue on Oct. 29, 2016.
At about 9:13 p.m., the pictured subject walked onto the victim’s front porch and removed a package before fleeing the area on foot on St. Charles Avenue towards Bordeaux Street.
