Suspect Wanted for Multiple Domestic Battery Incidents and  Simple Robbery

The NOPD is looking to locate Fernell Drummer (DOB:11/3/1991) for multiple domestic battery incidents and for simple robbery.

The most recent incident happened on November 20, 2016 in the 14000 block of Beekman Road. The victim told police that at around 9 a.m., Drummer struck her in the face with his fist. When the victim tried to run away to call police, the victim stated that Drummer then grabbed her around her neck and took her cell phone. The subject then returned to his vehicle, a gray, two- door Honda Accord, and fled on Emory Road then in an unknown direction.

Through the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Drummer had three prior warrants for domestic battery.

Drummer is also described as having two tear drop tattoos on his right cheek.
