The NOPD is looking for a suspect who opened fire on a vehicle at Dwyer Road and Westlake Drive.
On November 27, 2016, an unknown black male fired a gun at a white, four-door Pontiac Vibe that was traveling eastbound on Dwyer at the intersection with Westlake Drive. The driver of the car received a gunshot wound to the top of her forehead and there were two bullet holes on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
