Person of Interest Sought in Auto Burglaries in Eighth District

NOPD Eighth District detectives are seeking Armani McFarland (DOB 02-06-1994) as a person of interest in two vehicle burglaries that occurred earlier this month.

On October 3, 2016, at about 10:30 p.m., an auto burglary occurred at the intersection of Chartres and Toulouse Streets. The second vehicle burglary occurred on October 6 at about 2:15 p.m. in the 400 Block of North Peters Street in a parking lot. Through the course of investigation, detectives were able to develop McFarland as a person of interest in these incidents.

McFarland is not considered a suspect in these incidents. However, the NOPD would like to speak with McFarland, who they believe may have information regarding both incidents.
