Two unknown individuals are believed to have stolen a brown manhole cover from the sidewalk in the 600 block of Dumaine Street on November 17, 2016. The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating these suspects.
At about 3:27 a.m., an unknown white male accompanied by an unknown white female subject were observed stealing a brown man hole cover from the sidewalk in the area. The pair fled the scene on Dumaine Street heading northbound.
