The NOPD is searching for an unknown male who was seen on surveillance video taking a 2004, blue Chevrolet Silverado vehicle from a parking lot.
The incident happened on November 6, 2016. At around 2:30 p.m., an unknown male was seen walking along the 800 block of Constance Street. The suspect then took off in a 2004 blue Chevrolet truck with a Louisiana license plate of 7M71543. The suspect was seen driving off on St. Joseph Street.
