The NOPD is seeking to locate a suspect in the investigation of a theft by fraud that occurred on November 4, 2022.
At about 12:00 p.m., the pictured subject, Michelle Quintero, DOB 9/2/1970, began writing and cashing fraudulent checks belonging to an elderly individual totaling over $3000.
