The NOPD is requesting assistance in locating a vehicle utilized in the theft of a motor vehicle on May 16, 2023, around 5:47 am.
The suspect vehicle is described as a gray SUV. The vehicle is believed to have been used by the perpetrator(s) of vehicle theft in the 1300 block of Rapides Street.
