The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a subject wanted in connection with the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the Third District.
The victim reported parking his GMC Yukon at Elysian Fields Avenue and Benefit Street on May 8, 2023, after being involved in a hit and run accident.
The victim left the location with his keys to call for a tow truck. Upon returning, the victim reported his vehicle was gone.
Through investigation, detectives identified Albert Conley (pictured, white male DOB: 3-29-1971) as the perpetrator of this incident.
