The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a subject wanted in connection with a vehicle burglary in the First District.
On May 21, 2023 around 3:30 a.m., a vehicle in the 600 block of South Lopez Street was burglarized.
Through investigation, detectives positively identified Samuel Myles (pictured black male, DOB: 03-24-2002) as the perpetrator in this incident.
Investigators say he allegedly used the victim's stolen credit cards to make purchases shortly after the burglary and attempted to make ATM transactions with the victim's debit card.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
