The NOPD is requesting assistance in locating a person of interest for questioning in the ongoing investigation of a homicide that occurred on April 14, 2023, in the 7000 block of Lawrence Road.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Section detectives have developed and identified Lamar Logan (pictured, black male, DOB: 07-17-2003) as a person of interest. Logan is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel that he may have knowledge of information pertinent to the investigation and wish to interview him.
