The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Eddie Davis (pictured, black male, DOB; 09-06-1991) in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm incident on April 23, 2021 in the 3400 block of Garden Oaks Drive.
Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives have determined that at approximately 8:06 p.m., Davis approached the victim while armed with a handgun. The victim reportedly fled on foot and Davis allegedly chased the victim, verbally threatening to kill the victim. Davis later fled the scene. The victim was not injured.
When located, Davis will be arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.
