The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Lordell Shearod (pictured, black male, DOB; 06-12-1998) in the ongoing investigation of a shooting on May 12, 2021 in the 1500 block of Pleasure Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives developed and positively identified Shearod as the perpetrator who allegedly shot the victim in the abdomen. Detectives obtained a warrant for Shearod’s arrest on a charge of attempted first-degree murder.
Shearod is described as having light brown dreadlocked hair and driving a white 2017 Honda Accord.
