The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a vehicle and its driver in the ongoing investigation of a shooting that occurred on May 14, 2021 at the intersection of Elysian Fields Avenue and Abundance Street.
A black Kia Soul (stock photo of similar vehicles included) was determined to have been used by the perpetrator in this incident. The vehicle is further described as to have very dark tinted windows and a paper temporary license tag.
The perpetrator in this incident is described as an unknown black male with long dreadlocked hair and armed with a rifle.
