UPDATE: NOPD Arrests Wanted Suspect in Fifth District Shooting, One Suspect Remains at Large

UPDATE: Devin Augustin turned himself in to Fifth District officers on May 24 and was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for principle to aggravated battery by shooting and illegal use of a weapon.

James Augustin remains at large and wanted in connection with this incident.

ORIGINAL: The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for James Augustin (pictured at left, male, DOB: 11-22-1997) and Devin Augustin (pictured at right, male, DOB: 04-18-2001) in the ongoing investigation of a shooting on May 20, 2021 in the 900 block of Forstall Street.

As investigation into the incident progressed, NOPD Fifth District detectives developed and positively identified James Augustin and Devin Augustin as the perpetrators in this incident.
