The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two subjects in the investigation of a theft that occurred on April 30, 2020 in the 2400 block of South Roman Street.
At about 4:18 a.m., the two suspects were observed walking onto the victim’s porch, removed three pairs of shoes from the porch and fleeing on foot.
