The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public to identify and locate the pictured subject who is wanted for his involvement in a package theft that occurred in the Third District.
On Saturday, May 23, 2020 around 10:07 a.m., the subject was captured on surveillance video while stealing packages from the victim's residence, located in the 5700 block of Vermillion Boulevard.
The subject was last seen wearing khaki Dickie pants with a navy-blue short sleeve shirt, a black beanie and a white mask.
