New Orleans - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Toccara Harvey (pictured, DOB:11/17/81) for her involvement in an aggravated battery incident that occurred on May 12, 2020.
At around 4:00 p.m., Harvey and the victim were involved in an argument in the 3000 block of Lawrence Street. Harvey reportedly approached the victim with a sharp-edged weapon, possibly a broken glass bottle. Harvey allegedly began swinging the weapon and caused two deep lacerations on the victim’s hand before fleeing the location.
