The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a vehicle theft that occurred on May 9, 2020 in the 3100 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.
At about 9:50 p.m., the pictured silver Cadillac and pictured male wearing the multi-colored sweatshirt were allegedly involved in the theft of a 2020 Honda Civic that was left running in a parking lot in the 3100 block of Elysian Fields Avenue. The stolen vehicle was recovered in the Seventh District on May 10 and returned to its owner.
