The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying two subjects in the investigation of a theft that occurred on April 29, 2019 from the 1500 block of Sugar Bowl Lane.
At about 9:36 p.m., the two pictured unknown black males were seen entering the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and stealing two EZ Go Golf Carts.
