NOPD Identifies Suspect in Fourth District Domestic Aggravated Battery

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for India Brown (pictured, DOB: 09-29-1985) in the investigation of a domestic aggravated battery that occurred on May 25, 2020 in the 6100 block of Tullis Drive.

Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives determined that at approximately 1:55 p.m., Brown was involved in verbal dispute with Victim #1. Brown dropped Victim #1 off in the 6100 block of Tullis Drive and parked her vehicle (A dark blue colored Chrysler 200, license plate # unknown) on the side of the street. Victim #1 then encountered Victim #2, where the victims briefly spoke while on the sidewalk. Brown then allegedly drove her vehicle onto the sidewalk and struck both victims with her vehicle, causing injuries to both victims. Brown then reportedly fled the location in her vehicle.

When located, Brown will be arrested on two counts of domestic aggravated battery.
