NOPD officers have arrested Clarence Henry (DOB: 09/23/1999) in connection with multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred on May 4, 2020 in the Fourth District.
During the course of the investigation, officers obtained surveillance video footage from the area, which showed Henry using a white 2018 Volkswagen Passat to commit the vehicle burglaries. Officers determined that the vehicle was reported stolen from Westwego.
On May 6, 2020, officers located Henry inside of the stolen vehicle. The subject was apprehended and transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center. Officers also executed a search warrant on the vehicle, which yielded stolen property from several vehicle burglaries reported in the Fourth District.
Through further investigation, Henry was also found to be responsible for numerous vehicle burglaries that occurred throughout the city. The subject was booked with six counts of vehicle burglary and possession of stolen property.
