New Orleans - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Rasheeda Pitt (pictured, DOB:1/26/86) wanted for a carjacking incident that occurred on May 8, 2020.
At around 2:30 a.m., Pitt and an accomplice allegedly approached a man driving a gray 2004 BMW X5 in the 300 block of Lakeshore Drive and demanded his vehicle. Pitt’s accomplice struck the man on the head with a handgun, before entering the the victim's car and fleeing the scene. Pitt allegedly fled in the accomplice’s gray Acura sedan.
