NOPD officers are seeking assistance in identifying and locating the pictured subjects after their alleged involvement in a theft by fraud incident that occurred in the Eighth District.
The victim told police that he last observed his debit card on March 11, 2019, around 12 a.m., after withdrawing money from an ATM located in the 200 block of Poydras Street.
Around 5 p.m. the same day, the victim noticed his debit card was missing and multiple unauthorized transactions were made.
During the course of the investigation, the pictured subjects were captured on surveillance video fraudulently using the victim’s debit card.
