The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a male subject believed to be responsible for a criminal damage to property incident which occurred on April 24, 2019 at the intersection of Constance and Peniston Street.
The pictured unknown black male wearing a red baseball hat and t-shirt reportedly approached a red vehicle on foot and fired a handgun approximately four times into the vehicle. The subject then fled northbound on foot on Peniston Street. NOPD Sixth District officers were then informed that the subject allegedly entered a gas station, concealing a handgun in his pants. Photos of the suspect at that location are included with this release.
