NOPD Seeking Suspects, Vehicle Used in Third District Auto Burglaries

The NOPD is seeking to locate a vehicle and its occupant(s) believed to have been involved in a vehicle burglary incident that occurred in the 100 block of South Olympia Street on May 2, 2019.

Two victims spoke with officers in the 100 block of Olympia Streets and reported that each of their vehicles had reportedly been burglarized. Both victims told police their vehicle had windows broken and the interiors of the vehicles had been ransacked, but no items were reported to have been stolen from either vehicle.

A review of surveillance video showed a small four-door vehicle in the area at about 11:49 p.m. on May 1, with unknown subjects exiting the vehicle and burglarizing the two victim vehicles.

The vehicle is also believed by detectives to have been involved in additional vehicle burglaries occurring on May 1 and May 2, 2019 in the Third District.
