The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify those responsible for a residence burglary on May 20, 2019 in the 6300 block of Marigny Street.
At about 1:00 p.m., a home in the block was burglarized, with alleged illegal entry to the residence found to have been made through a bedroom window. The entire home was later found to have been ransacked and a gun safe breached. A rifle and shotgun were reported stolen, along with multiple pieces of jewelry.
The pictured unknown black male subject was seen on video surveillance (which can be viewed above) a few minutes prior to the incident attempting to burglarize a neighboring residence.
