The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for a theft in the 900 block of Canal Street on May 5, 2019.
At about 10:10 p.m., the victim brought the pictured unknown black female to his hotel room. While inside the room, the suspect allegedly stole the victim’s Rolex watch and fled the scene.
