The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Thomas Ketchum (DOB: 10-20-1998) in connection with a business burglary in the 13200 block of Chef Menteur Highway on May 17, 2019.
Through investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives determined that at approximately 1:49 a.m., Ketchum and two other unidentified suspects gained entry into the Big Cat Gas Station and stole merchandise.
