Suspect Arrested for Illegal Possession of a Concealed Firearm

NOPD officers arrested Jonathan Martin (DOB: 05-21-1993), who was found to be in illegal possession of a concealed weapon.

On Saturday, May 19, 2018 at or about 1:30 a.m., officers in the Bourbon Street Promenade Unit were patrolling in the 400 block of Bourbon Street when they spotted the arrested subject, who was armed with a concealed 9 millimeter Smith and Wesson with 12 rounds of ammunition hidden beneath his t-shirt.

Martin was transported to the Orleans Justice Center where he was booked with illegal carrying of weapons.
