The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a male subject wanted after he was caught on surveillance video committing sexual battery.
On Sunday, April 29, 2018, at about 4:45 a.m., the female victim was awakened by the unknown subject grabbing her breast in the 600 block of Royal Street. The victim then notified her husband and son, and they attempted to confront the suspect.
However, he walked off and then fled on foot toward Toulouse Street then toward Bourbon Street.
Video surveillance captured the incident and the subject leaving the location.
