Vehicle Taken in Carjacking Involves Three Suspects

The NOPD is searching for a white, 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour and three suspects responsible for taking the vehicle during a carjacking. 

The incident happened on May 21, 2017. At about 1:30 a.m., an unarmed carjacking occurred in the 800 block of North Rendon Street. The victim told police she was driving in the area when an unknown black subject stood in front of her vehicle causing her to come to a complete stop.  The victim then saw two additional black male subjects approached her vehicle. One of the subjects opened the driver's side door while ordering the victim to get out of the vehicle.

The victim advised all subjects entered the vehicle and fled the location eastbound on North Rendon then in an unknown direction. The first subject was seen wearing a black hoodie.  The second subject is described as being light skinned with a goatee. He was seen wearing a black hoodie. The third subject was also seen wearing a black hoodie.

The vehicle has a Louisiana license plate of 225ARQ.
