The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying an individual believed to be responsible for a theft in the 500 block of Bourbon Street on May 19, 2017.
At about 3:53 a.m., the victim brought the pictured black female back to his hotel room. The victim fell asleep with the female still inside of the room. At about 7 a.m., the victim awoke and found that the female had allegedly stolen various jewelry items from the victim and fled the location.
