The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect believed to be responsible for a burglary that occurred at a business in the 1500 block of St. Philip Street on May 17, 2017.
At about 5:20 a.m., surveillance video captured an unknown male enter the store and attempt to remove a tablet register from its frame before taking the item and walking out of frame. The individual returns into a camera view a short time later, going behind the business counter and breaking into a cash register till and removing cash and fleeing the scene.
