The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect caught on surveillance video in a theft that occurred in the 1700 block of Julia Street on April 18, 2017.
At about 8:14 pm., an unknown male subject is seen on surveillance video entering the storage yard of the business, where he is seen on video taking a forklift battery and fleeing the location.
